We recently completed a specialized commercial lock cylinder change project for Rollins, to accommodate the customer’s existing master key system requirements. The project involved modifying the existing locking hardware to properly accept a new core while maintaining compatibility with the customer’s established master and operation key system.

Project Details
On this project, our team disassembled the existing locking apparatus mounted to the commercial door in order to remove the mortise housing from the door. This process allowed the proper housing modifications and adjustments needed to accommodate the new core required for the customer’s master and operation key system.
Because the customer already had an established master key system in place, careful attention was required to ensure compatibility with the existing security infrastructure while maintaining proper lock operation and door security.
