Refund Policy
We accept returns of new items sold within 30 days of purchase date.
If free shipping was offered, customers are responsible for original shipping charges.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer shall pay all freight on returns unless there is a defect in the product or there is an error on the part of Door Resources.
Defective products will require a ticket I.D. number from the manufacturer’s technical support team.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
There is a NO Return Policy on electrical components, special order products or items that have been customized (i.e. locks keyed to custom specifications or doors requiring special preps).
