Fulton County School (Centennial Job)

River Eves Elementary School was in need of door and lock replacement on 57 classrooms. There were two big challenges to overcome with this project. First, the existing door frames had wooden transoms that the new doors had to match with. We were able to work with the manufacturer to build a white oak door slab that would stain and poly to match the old transoms. This provided considerable savings for the customer. Next, the new building code called for high security mortise body locks with a classroom function and a high security keyway. Our team was able to do it all from pocket preps to the last screws on the lock and everything in between. Door Resources continues to be a preferred vendor for Fulton County Schools.
